Have your rave store supplies of energy all dried up??? I'm sorry honey! Although the sun hasn't been out much this summer the daytime is VASTLY over-rated, know what I'm saying peoples? I promised you earlier this year I was going to grind it up on the dance floor until I dropped and now that we've got some heat finally coming our way maybe... just maybe my own rave store of energy will be vanquished!

Dancing 'til dawn will be all the rage again this summer and at least one rave store will be dancing all the way to the bank. Raves are all night dance parties held at underground clubs where the action gets hot and heavy pretty much until the bodies collapse, spent on the floor. If you ever wondered why energy drinks are on every other ad on the TV you can bet that these underground dance parties have much to do with it. Your best bet to last all night is, before you go to your rave, store up some energy and plan on a long night. A typical dance club will have a lot of open space, typically lit only with black lights, spots and strobes and the music will be loud with a heavy beat.

As the action gets hot this summer the competition to shine individually will get even more intense as everyone tries to stand out against the dark. Some go with a Gothic look, others go with a techno look, but whatever the fashion is, you know one rave store or another will be there to supply the latest style. Personally I'm torn between the flashy Techno look and the Gothic look. Techno has the great curve revealing fashions while Gothic is more mystical with lace and ruffles. Whichever look I go with lately I'm always finding a pair of fashion mirrored contact lenses to go with it. I like the pink when I go Gothic, I go with the blue when I'm techno. Either way I love the way the mirrored contact lenses fluoresce in the dark light.

Finally a Rave Store with a little bit of everything! Don't they know we want to match but mix? I want to be comfortable when I party but I still want to look like UNHH! ya know? When I party I need to be able to MOVE, and when I move people better be watchin', get me? I mean now THIS is a cool outfit but I still look hot in it, ya know? If I need a little lingerie piece or something fishnet I'm so covered here. I can even get sexy costumes if I need something special.

Lately my wardrobe has had to stay in the closet with the lack of stuff goin' on right now but things are starting to liven up and I'm excited about the summer. The time to rave - store your energy no more is finally here for me. I hope the parties are raging wherever you are tonight.

No Rave - Store Up for Summer

Gaaah will summer ever get here? Another night, no rave - store up my energy for another day... but I'm ready to party! I've been looking forward to getting out this cold weather for weeks and finally... finally! a break in the weather. I'd picked up some cool new clothes and I want to wear them out in the worst way but hadn't gotten the chance. We finally got a break in the weather on a weekend so everyone will be heading out to party and I'm so there!

I've got the whole look picked out, I can't wait. I'm going to look like an angel in those metallic silver dance pants I bought. Clothes that just totally bling, know what I mean? I'm not sure what to do with my hair but by the end of the night I'm so hot I'm drenched anyway but such is the life. After an night at the all night dance rave - store my energy in a medicine cup because there is none left. Even Red Bull and 5-hour energy provide no relief. Goin' to work after an all night dance party is like dragging a sack thru a warehouse, ya know? Between that, the parfume shower and the bleary eyes from the mirrored contact lenses and I'm sure I look like something the cat dragged in but I refuse to sleep through my nights.
